Miniature Town

I am making a miniature town of polymer clay that was to have been a town of erotica. However, after much work on it, I think it has become more of a commentary on society.  The first building that I am making is the church. The church will represent many different religions or cultures.

This is a scene which will go in the front of the church. I saw a picture many years ago and it left an impression on me and I wanted to recreate this look. I do not know who to credit the inspiration, but I felt this scene would represent many religions or cultures as most have a respect for nature. It is titled Nature Worship. It is made with polymer clay, mostly Premo and TLS or liquid polymer clay.

Windows are made of Translucent Liquid Sculpey. Walls are of Granitex Polymer Clay.

The front doors to the church are of polymer clay in a faux carved wood look. The doors of the church will represent good and evil. Both sides will have a scene on each door. This is the inside of the front doors. Tutorial for a faux carved wood technique is here.
