Collage Pictures


These polymer clay pictures are handcrafted with a variety of materials including vintage fabrics. 

They were inspired by the old ribbon and lace dolls.  Instead of paper, I used clay for the bodies.

Irish Beauty

Irish Beauty has a vintage ivory moiré silk ribbon background.  Lady is sculpted from Cernit and is sitting on a cushion of silk ribbon floral embroidery. She is wrapped in antique Irish crochet and wears an Irish crochet nightcap with silk ribbon accents.   Inside frame dimensions 11" x 14".  Professionally framed in a shadow box.      Butterfly Summer

Butterfly Summer has an embroidered vintage art nouveau patterned fabric as the background. Nude lady is sculpted from Cernit and has a chiffon fringed shawl. Butterflies are made from paper and Super Sculpey.   Professionally framed in a shadow box.  14" x 18" One-of-a-kind. Sold

 

    Here's My Heart

Here's My Heart is an all polymer clay sculpted picture of a stylized woman holding a heart.   Inside frame dimensions 11" x 14".   Professionally framed in a shadow box. Limited to 25.  This one is 4/25.    

 

   Pulling Strings

Pulling Strings is a lady sculpted from Cernit with a man marionette dangling from her outstretched finger. The lady is costumed in a feather headdress and feather dress. The man is sculpted from Fimo and Sculpey III and is strung with beading thread.  Professionally framed in a shadow box.  20"x 16"x 3" One-of-a-kind.   Sold 

 

    Rhinestone Lady 
Rhinestone lady is one-of-a-kind and is sculpted from Cernit.  She has a chiffon cape studded with rhinestones.  The background has scattered Austrian crystals.  Her headdress is from found silver jewelry pieces.    Professionally framed in a shadowbox  13"x 16.5 "  
 

 

  Shady Lady 

Shady Lady is sculpted from Cernit and has painted eyes and features.  Her costume is vintage crinkled silk and is embellished with a miniature vintage flower. Floral paisley picture made from polymer clay and Pearlescent Powders.  It measures 10.5" x 7.5".  Sold
